ATS is committed to supporting the PT6 industry by offering support to operators and mechanics in the field. Our staff has a considerable and unique level of experience in troubleshooting all types of engine problems and is always available to assist you as a knowledgeable resource.

Engine Trend Monitoring:
ATS can work with your operation to develop a customized trend monitoring program designed to maximize the functional and financial potential of your PT6A engine(s). Additionally, trend monitoring can serve as an essential troubleshooting tool to assist in identifying potential problems before they translate into costly repairs.
Customized Maintenance Plans:

Training Programs for Fleet Customers:
ATS offers training programs focused on the basic principles of turbine operation / maintenance and the mechanical specifics of the PT6 engine. Our standard familiarization course teaches these principles utilizing practical examples that students are quick to grasp and retain. We also offer specialized hands-on training at our main service center tailored to fleet specific operation requirements and procedures.
Repair & Overhaul:
Our repair facility maintains cleaning, inspection, assembly and test stations including NDT, balancing, a full-service machine shop, and an approved and calibrated test cell.
Through our years of experience on PT6A engines we have developed several proprietary MRO procedures that exceed OEM requirement standards thereby allowing us to provide a level of workmanship that keeps operating costs down and planes safely in the air.
We focus on customers before deciding on a work scope – we are not an invoice driven company. Additionally, we limit repair costs by doing an engine evaluation and repairing (not replacing) parts if possible.
As part of our on-going service initiative at ATS, we maintain a comprehensive stock of flight-ready engines for immediate shipment. In an effort to limit your operation’s downtime, we can often provide you with a loaner while your engine is being repaired / overhauled by our company.
ATS maintains a private 2700’ x 33’ concrete reinforced runway with 1500’ grass over-run onsite. There are no lights, and you will not find it on any published navigational chart. GPS coordinates are as follows: 28°09´00˝ N 97°47´30˝ W
We maintain 35,000+ SF of hangar space for customers who choose to fly their aircraft to ATS for inspection or maintenance.
